Hehe woa very sensitive people in here. You may not agree with the guy who made the topic but if that is his opinion then damn you have the right to say it you want to. Usually I dont like skinny girls like her all to much but she does a great job in making her boobs seems more attractive and well I guess you could say bigger. So a big no to plastic surgery for me

Most men I know only find implants attractive in clothing or swimsuits, but will tell you they are disgusting to touch and play with during foreplay. They prefer a natural girl over plastic breasts. Sorry, NYC, you are wrong and probably should get off you couch and lose some weight before criticizing a hot chick.

No, they're horrible. You have to replace them every couple years, they often leak, can impede the ability to breast feed (which is SO important, as it passes on immunities to your baby), if you don't do everything correctly after surgery, the boobs can harden or develop scar tissue. That's not to even mention the surgery scars, because only some people have the option of going through the belly button.
