Ev5b4er see that mucus commercial where that kid is sick and then you see that mucus germ and his son, but his son is painting on the wall? Is that Kath Soucie that play the kid painting? here is the link, its called Mucus Painter:

That's immediately what I thought when seeing the commercial. It's gotta be her. The kid sounds exactely like Phil.
