Why did Dewayne and Dee break up? Why didn't they get back together and why didn't they get together in the first place? They make a really good couple anyways.

If 111cyou are talking about in the show it's because Dee had a crush on Dewayne but Dewayne only saw Dee as a little sister. He admitted to liking her when he seen her at a wedding but he remembered when she was little. Plus he was a player and didn't want to do that to her. Just saw the episode on Hulu.

in 2007 interview, Haywood said he had a crush on "dee"I'm assuming he meant Danielle, but he used her characters name - unless he had a crush on her character.

There is an episode of Jenny Jones (it's on YouTube) from 1998, where Haywood said "I should have married her". But admitted that he was a player and didn't want to put her through that because she was so sweet. So they may have had a thing offset. Shirley and Rog were also on that show.
