Whatever happened to the plans of remaking MURDER SHE WROTE with Octavia in Angela Lansbury's role?

I just came here wondering the same thing. I don't see it in her upcoming projects. I don't think I ever read another thing about it since I first heard about Red Band Society.

It all fell apart. It was supposed to premiere fall of 2014 but it got alot of backlash including Lansbury herself disapproving it. She joined 'Red Band Society' instead which got cancelled also. Bring her back on 'Mom', she was so good!
