Just saw it and I fell in love with it, I kinda liked the Canadian version of the show because they picked it up when American studios dropped it but I wished that Rick played Nick and exactly like Nick Knight not with a woman pathologist.
If there was a show that I wanted picked up and brought back with a whole new cast it would be this one.
Oh and the music!!!! I loved them, trying to find the music that was featured in the club Raven. -

I agree with you 100% red_rackam_77. Rick Springfield was awesome as Nick Knight. Although I haven't seen the movie since it first aired in 1989, I vividly remember hoping that Springfield would be hired to convert the movie into a TV series. The TV series did bring back John Kapelos from the movie, but not Springfield. I grew to like the lead actor in the TV series, Geraint Wyn Davies, but I have always wondered what the series would have been like if Springfield had played the lead.
I just noticed that thanks to imdb.com, I can watch the movie Nick Knight for $1.99. I am definitely doing that tomorrow! 1989, here I come. -

I remember seeing the Rick-led movie back in the day. When I heard they were remaking it into a TV series without I was dismayed.
I grew to like the lead actor in the TV series, Geraint Wyn Davies, but I have always wondered what the series would have been like if Springfield had played the lead.
