I hate Derek too. I don't understand why Meredith is the only one who has to figure things out. -

Both Shonda Rhimes and TV Guide have said her character will be phased out by season's end.
Do any of her fans know what she will be doing after GA? Well I mean, the filming of GA is pretty much done for the season now (Dempsey said they were on their last eppy) so where is she going from here? -

She's coming back in season 5not sure for how long tho, all thats been released is that she is in the season 5 two hour premiere and she is gonna cause a bit of trouble. Oh and also she is fine with meredith but angry with derek.
