omgi hate her. Acting I mean. I saw her as Kate Jackson and on other things and it was awful. Now she's messing with Derek on Greysseriously? She needs another career.

I don't know if it's Stamile's acting on Grey's or just the horrible way they are writing her character. It makes me feel bad for her really (as an actress) It's poorly written and kinda forced on us in a bad way. With Grey's Anatomy (after the writing of last season) I was hoping for more and with the addition of Lauren Stamile as Rose, the character's unrealistic and poorly written plot, plus the fact that she was dropped into the cast without a buyable reason as to why, it show's Greys Anatomy's writing at it's worst. The last two eppys she's been in ratings fell (not her fault) but you would ALSO think with the addition of this character it would cause a jump in ratings (like it did when Kate Walsh and Chyler Leigh were added) in this case they fell, which is a shame for the show really. "Rose" is an unfortunate plot device.

I totally agree. She is just bland. And please, if you're going to have another character try and steal McDreamy, of all people, at least make her attractive! This girl is definitely not with her big bug eyes and horse teeth. Seriously, what in the hell was casting thinking?!?!??
