"On the Halloween: 25 Years DVD they had an interview with her. She looks awful"
She looked awful? How so?
"and the interview was a bunch of boring talk about how she came to be involved in the film."
Really? How DID she become involved in the film?
"She even admitted that she refused to wear the mask for her own death scene which makes her contribution to the overall film essentially the few goofy lines she had."
So that was not her?! -

"She became involved in the film because she knew the director of the movie, and she was married to Tom Atkins at the time (something I didn't know). Like I said, it wasn't terribly interesting. The most interesting part of the whole thing is in the next paragraph:"
Wow, she and Tom Atkins were married at the time, huh? What do ya know.
"Yes, she said that she went through the making of the mask, but then wouldn't wear it during the death scene, so they got a set girl to do it instead. No, it wasn't her!"
I wonder what she thought when she first saw the mask. Why wouldn't she wear it? Was it uncomfortable? Maybe she didn't want that Jerusalem cricket in her mouth. It's odd. Does Burman still have that mask or did they let Garn keep it? Probably not since she didn't even want to wear it. It's quite a creepy mask, resembling probably the most grotesque moment in the entire Halloween series.
Also, they call it her death scene, yet she's alive for a few moments after the blast. Then suddenly she stops moving. I'm just curious, how does that kill her?? -

Not to mention Dick Warlock kept several Michael Myers props. Speaking of Warlock, could you spot him in Halloween III?
I'm still puzzled as to why Garn didn't want to wear the mask she obviously posed awhile for during her own charatcers' death scene. She also didn't have much dialogue. Did you notice that this film has the least amount of dialogue in the entire Halloween series? -

"The kid who played "Little Buddy" was also interviewed (wearing his yarmulka, mind you) and made a comment about how demented the premise of the film was. He said something to the effect of "Who came up with this? They should be in therapy." Kinda funny coming from a washed-up former child actor nobody."
Exactly. And did you hear what Joseph Wolf said about Halloween III in Halloween's 25th Anniversary DVD special? -

So, Moustapha had some respect for the film, but Joseph Wolf completely depreciated it.
I agree that it had potential on its own and when I view the movie now, I really like some aspects of it, especially the soundtrack."
I agree. The soundtrack made the movie! -

"Maybe the guy who played Harry Grimbridge actually wore his mask. Also his lines were more memorable than anything Marge Guttman said: "They're coming to KILL US!" ALL OF US!"
Oh yes. Al Berry, or Albert T. Berry. Have you visited his message boards? One poster in 2003 was looking for him. Another one was looking for him a year later. Some people were looking for him for some kind of convention or something. I found an article in Fangoria that talks about all the gory make-up and masks. Have you read it? -

Which lead to his demise. But it seems to me that Starker has been a thorn in Cochran's side for a long time. Every night he probably shouts obscinities or moons the cameras, but I think when Starker told an outsider about what may be going on inside the factory, plus the sassing of Cochran right in front of him, as well as his plans to burn the factory downCochran just felt it was time to put him out of the way.

"Interesting storyone of the posters on the Halloween III board actually visited Santa Mira (i.e. Loleta, CA) and took a number of pictures of "the factory" and the "Rose of Shannon Motel" (now apartments). He said that there was a real-life Starker in that town going through trash, or something like that. Cool, huh?"
Cool. You suppose that factory kept any of the Silver Shamrock memoribilia? Like the sign, some boxes, maybe masks with tags. A poster may hang in the office. Now, at what used to be the motel, does it look pretty much the same or were those buildings torn down and an apartment complex built up? You suppose there's a Halloween III poster in the office there too?
