Forget all the horror classics, and the million of girls who have screamed their way through terror, brutality, death When Kevin puts that spider on top of Marv's face, you will never hear a better or more high-picthed scream delivered in a movie or even in real life!

I loved it too. I have always remembered it and have always loved it. That scream is not acting. that scream is real!

My favorite scream of all time, and I've always wondered how hard everyone in the production crew was laughing when he did that!
