Good answer because that appears about right.
About all that you could find when trying to locate his birthday would be
"Actor Jeremy Strong Strong, who is in his 20s (he won't divulge his age)."
It's fine and okay for celebrities to conceal biographical information because they need some privacy, but why maintain that you're in your 20s when you may have been at one time a while back? Well that's fine and okay, too, because you may be able to pass for more roles that way, right?
