The movie Michael Clayton was on Skipp's credits earlier this year. What happened?

He doesn't appear in the full release that was show at the cinemas. But his scene with george clooney (about a minute, he plays a lawyer of some kind) is in the ''additional scenes'' on the blu-ray release of michael clayton (just seen it this morning)

Damn. I was looking forward to see Skipp in another good movie, he derserves better than cutting out.
