I am a fairly recent fan of Third Watch started watching it at the very end of the 2002-2003 season. I think he does a great job as Sully. For one thing, I love that they cast someone like him, rather than just casting the 'pretty boys' or young hunks. Skipp Sudduth is an attractive-enough man but he has that street-wise, slightly weathered look that makes him "authentic" as a cop. Also, his portrayal is so multi-layered. He can be tough and gruff but still has a softer-hearted layer underneath. I think Sully is one of the best characters on the show mostly because Suduth plays him so well. Hope he will be on Third Watch for a long time!

Oh yeah, you are so right Justine! He is really great - I think it is sad, that Third Watch has ended now. But I found the website of his band Minus Ted and I am really glad - as I am a musician and singer myself - that he is a singer and songwriter, too. Now I can finally hear a longer singing than just a short part in Third Watch. You can download the songs there.
What I would like to know, how tall is he, does anyone know that? And I also hope that his band is still existing, because they were doing great music.
I also love his voice - he is really GREAT!!
Greetings from Germany

I discovered Third Watch in syndication about a year ago and find myse111clf falling for Sully's character. He makes the character quite endearing. I find myself wanting to know more about him, professionally and personaly. He is a handsome, burly luscious man.

I know how you feel. I'm a Minus Ted fan from The Netherlands and would love to see them in concert one day. Even seeing him in a broadway play would be fantastic !!
I also miss Third Watch a lot. The show was cancelled last year somewhere in season 5 and I would love to see how it all ends (although I already read the spoilers on TW.net). Luckily the DVD of season 1 (which was never aired here, they started somewhere in season 2) was just released over here
