It seems after Third Watch he just vanished. Him and his band Minus Ted. The web site Minus Ted is no longer working.
Perhaps he is just one of thoser actors who "VANTS TO BE ALONE"
From what I hear he does not respond nor acknowledge any of his fans. Oh wait , maybe that is why we do not hear much of him anymore. Like the say OUT OF SIGHT OUT OF MIND. hahahaha oops

I'd like to think that he's perhaps considering some future projects. As for him avoiding fans, I have to disagree. I met him a couple of times and he was extremely friendly and even took a picture with me. He was very outgoing and couldn't be friendlier. In retrospect, after I met him, some friends who are major Third Watch fans asked me how tall he was. (He's around 6'2")

Skipp's last project was Drunkboat (yet to be released.)
As for what he's doing now, I hear he's on the lookout for new projects. He's probably taking a bit of a break too, after working on Third Watch for 6 seasons and then working on Drunkboat soon after.
Skipp would never avoid his fans!

Skipp directed the ER episode "No Place to hide" which will air April 27th.
And I read that he and Brian plan to work on another Minus Ted album this year, maybe they will do another concert.
Skipp doesn't avoid his fans. People who met him always told how friendly and welcoming he was. I know that it takes time before he answers fan mails but he does. Fans received autographs and CD's.
