I've noticed that in "Castle" and "Dharma & Greg" she wears her watch on her right wrist, but why ? Some left-handed people do that, is she left-handed ??

Me too. It's not unusual, but she might be left-handed. Watch for any scenes where she's writing and see which hand she uses.

I had a right handed boss that wore his watch on his right wrist. He always walked around in the mornings carrying a mug of coffee so one morning I rushed up to him and asked the time. Coffee all down the front of him and that's one reason why people don't wear their watch on their dominant hand. I kept my job because I never let him know it was a prank.

She's right-handed. I also, when I sued to wear a watch, wear it on my right arm. Don't know why but I always did.
