She taught my acting class at the University of Arizona today. She is a very inspiring woman, and has a wonderful presence.

You are very lucky! I decided to stop by her page today to see if she had any upcoming projects. Ive been a fan of hers since Falcon Crest. She's such a classy lady.
I was lucky enough to become friends with a woman who knew her. For her birthday one year we all mailed her cards to give to Susan. Susan took the time whle she was in NYC doing a play to write all of us back.
I think we're just gonna have to be secretly in love with each other and leave it at that.

BTW, i meant to ask this in my previous postwhat did she talk about during the class or did you do scene work? I'd be very interested to know since i have a BFA in theater.

Thats really cool, I'm earning my BFA in acting right now.
She talked a lot about the industry and told us about how she got her start in the business. She then had us volunteer to perform our "type" monologues. She critiqued everyone and seemed to focus on really connecting with the emotional states of the characters and rasing the stakes. A lot of us young actors like to draw within ourselves to seem more "real" and she was wanting us to really express what the character was going through.
She was extremely beautiful and wonderful to talk to.
