HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT PEOPLE LIKE5b4 HER NEEDS TO DIE OUT! You need to check yourself! Besides, she has the right to give her opinion about whatever kind of man she wants to! That doesn't give you the right to say she should die out! How can you criticize someone like you did and then say that people like her needs to die out? It makes me wonder what kind of human being you are to say that someone should die over a comment you don't agree with.
You seem like a HATEFUL person and have absolutely NO RESPECT FOR YOU. -

I don't understand how does those lyrics prove she's a sell-out? Do you even know about Donna Summer?
She was born in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston
(from wikipedia)
Dorchester is a neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. It is now a large, diverse working class community with many European Americans, African Americans, Caribbean Americans, Latinos, and East and Southeast Asian Americans, and is still a center of Irish American immigration.
In her teens, she was in a rock band called "The Crow". A reference to her being the only black member of the group. She lived a good part of her late teens and early 20s in Europe. It's no wonder she was drawn to Europe, seeing that many Europeans settled in Dorchester.
You get it?
She married a white German actor named Helmut Sommer in 1972. They had Mimi in 1973. He second husband, Bruce Sudano is also white. They married in 1980 and have three daughters, one of whom, Brooklyn Sudano is a working actress and has her own imdb page. Check her out she's ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!
Donna and Bruce currently live outside of Nashville, TN.
Get it yet?
She may say lyrics like "Turn my brown body white" but she no more "craves" to be white, than Teena Marie wants to be black They just are who they are! Brought up in certain places with those sites, sounds and memories.
Donna Summer was raised in Boston, Ma and Teena Marie in West L.A.
NOW, do you get it?
PLUS!
look at the entire break in the song
"Do what you want
you can use me all up
take me bottom to top
don't leave even one drop
No, no, no
Do it tonight
you know the moments are right
turn my brown body white
come on, dim all the lights"
I think she talking about passionate sex! (as she OFTEN did in her early career!) Marathon sex all hot and sweaty with all the juices flowing
Draining all the fluids in anyone's body would turn them white or whiter.
YOU GET IT?
