Benjamin Bratt.. MAYBE a decade or so ago.. maybe he would have been good.. I don't know though.. and I KNOW they can do alot.. but I won't say Ranger was dirty.. but.. Sunjata I've always seen him CLEAN shaven.. I thought of him as a .. maybe couple days worth of scruff.. and didn't he have a ponytail EARLY in the books? so much longer hair..
although.. even the books talk about you don't know WHAT to make of Ranger cause he changes.. I still have ZERO idea (into book
of who//what Ranger is.. I was thinking rich kid.. who likes playing soldier.. even though he really was one already once.. but someone who gets kind of a thrill from it. and couldn't quite let it go.
Sunjata is a good actor.. I haven't really seem alot o2000f his RANGE though.. just his role of Franco on "Rescue Me" which he did a fantastic job the first 3 or so years.. but the show has gotten.. well to be perfectly honest.. sillier.. and his character has had as many interesting storylines to throw himself into as he did early on.. but he did play the playboy kind of image.. -

i've read all the books. you'll know something more about him along the way, but still not the way you get to know morelli lol and since i hate spoilers, that's all i'll say about that;)
i think i need to go to netflix and get something that sunjata is in.
maybe i picture brat because i'm older and think he's just wow. my casting ideals might be (almost) geriatric lol -

I have read all the books and thought he was a fab choice for Ranger. I finally got to see the movie last night and like how he showed covert interest in Stephanie. Book wise I want Stephanie and Ranger to end up together. Daniel is perfect to give a face to the fantasy. Plus, he is exactly one single day older than me!
