If I might, have you considered wearing orthotic inserts in your shoes? And I do mean every single shoe you wear, from your sneakers to your shoes to your boots. Everything. They really do help IF you get the right ones. I can help if you're interested.
I've seen some commercials for them. Won't hurt to try some type of pain relief. Thank you, Lilith for the suggestion it's very helpful.

The pic on the left is likely from 2006-ish. He dropped the weight with a sugarless diet back then. He's developed the bodybuilding look for the last 6 years. He was in Wolf of Wall Street in 2013 when he started lifting. There were some articles of him riding bikes to get more in shape then also.

When I lost 24 lbs I had some sagging on my butt. I've gained some weight back so no more sagging but I would like to get down to 118, 120

I prefer the photo on the left, no kizzy. I hate the super cut look on the right and his face looks mean now. I prefer the chubby, huggable look more. I could have fun with the guy on the left. The guy on the right wouldn’t share a plate of nachos with me
Some weight loss is good for health reasons, but I can’t imagine he has too much fun in his life now.
