A therapist's opinion could only be considered valuable if we assume you were honest with them. We know you weren't, because they wouldn't tell you you're too hard on yourself unless you left an awful lot out.
This is why therapy is useless. You can just lie and be told what you want to hear. Or considering you're paying then, they may tell you what you want to hear because they are literally on your payroll, dumbass
