All info points to yes, that is her, but since you can't see her face and after seeing her relatively small chest in Seinfeld, I'm wondering if she had augmentation after her Seinfeld days and that qualified her for "breastmen". I'd say no, since the only pics and still shots from the movie can't reveal her face. That's usually a dead giveaway that it's a body double.

Whoever's boobs those are, they're definitely (and obviously) fake. Probably a body double though and not Swedberg. Unless she really did get bolt-on boobs after her Seinfeld days, which would seem kind of weird for her.

She was a middle A/B cup. That porn shot is more like a C/D. Not her. Not even close. A body double.
