        Lol. I kinda watched QUANTUM LEAP but not religiously (like Twin Peaks) and I don't remember seeing him in that one. Was it an episodic role or a recurring one?

          I think the episode was called 'Thou Shalt Not'
          And Russ played a womaniser who prayed on woman whose children had died. He played on their grief telling them he had also lost a child, I think he was also writing a book on the subject.
