Susan, yes I know as much about you as you claim to know about Jay, which is much of nothing as I have never met you just like you have never met Jay Tavare. It's all heresay, speculations and maybe some old bitter friends or foes. You put yourself out there of course, people are going to KNOW or find out some things about you, which from where I'm sitting makes you a complete JOKE! You think you are the only one that can so-call research on a person, not so fast Sherlock, LOL!!. But you are a disgrace as a woman, going on and on about things you have no idea about and stating them as Facts. The fact is and always will be you are a woman filled with hate and EVERYONE can see that. You come off like you are the voice for the American Indians, who made YOU the voice, of all 565 nations ? Who the hell are you ? A nobody who is getting some attention riding Jay Tavare's coat tail. Just Pathetic and ignorant as it gets. Certainly I did not ask you to police American Indian actors in Hollywood and I don't know anyone else who did. If you're mad at Jay Tavare for supposedly taken roles away from other Native actors, then also be mad at him for playing a Latino, an Arab, Europeans and the list goes on. You are just ridiculous and butt of so many jokes that is how I know about you sadly and I am embarrassed for you as it seems you are way too ignorant to know when it's time to accept the only thing you are achieving is making a bigger ass of yourself. If you're a fan, friend or whatever of Jay, that's fine. But you s5b4eem to be implying things that aren't true and that makes everything else you say not very believable. -

You are spreading lies and that is libel and defamation and the burden of proof would, in this case, be on you. Get that part right! My attorney educated me quite well on Libel and Defamation.
That's not true. The plaintiff is the one who has to show burden of proof, not the defendant. The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty. I learned that in my 8th grade U.S. Constitution class you may want to pass that along to your 'attorney.'
bernard_65 I have been posting on this forum for almost ten years and have had a ton of debates and disagreements with other posters, but I've never been threatened to be sued over a post, like you did here -

If you really are a 'good friend' of Jay like you say, that says more about him than about you. And you never answered ToosieJoie's question about Jay naming his clans if he really is native American. You talked in circles, threw out some names of real native actors and told her 'never to address' you again. This makes you sound highly suspect of your agenda here - in every post you threatened lawsuits and say Jay will file suits. Again, this says more about Jay than about you.
You haven't been posting here long on imdb, just over a month. Maybe you got all worked up over nothing but here's some friendly advice - everyone has the right to their opinion and they can't be sued for it. And be careful about throwing around the lawsuit threat thin2000g. Some people will blow it off like me but someone else may think it's serious, print it out and show their local police department. If they think it's serious, it's then forwarded to the District Attorney's office. Try to remember these are just opinions, just words on a page. -

Thank you, FlutteringButterly, I will do just that. It's very difficult to take someone seriously when every other sentence is the threat of a lawsuit and have been only posting here a little over a month.

She changes ID'S more often than some change their socks. She's had many, many accounts which is why her latest dates from January. She's an impostor and first class liar. You cannot have a real discussion with her and she's been run off many a board.

I'm not even sure if it's a boy or girl! Why all the threats? Has she/he been banned before? And if she/he is really a 'good friend' of Jay's, that puts Jay in a not very good light. Whoever that is, they are the very definition of troll.

She's a middle aged woman. She claims to know all sorts of actors. Nobody believes her - she's been caught lying many times. Nobody understands what she wants as she brags about some pretty mundane achievements that no one really cares about. She's seems to a nobody who wants to be a celebrity which is fine when she's at home but why come on to an Internet forum and try to impress a bunch of strangers who couldn't give a damn about her? She then threatens to sue people for not believing her bulls-. Like I said, several screws missing.
Just put her in ignore. Best policy all around as there is no reasoning with her. -

FlutteringButterly, I have been posting on this site a long time and that is the first time I've had to put anyone on ignore.
