Why would someone show the police a threat about bringing a lawsuit? Why would the District Attorney's office be involved? In what state is it illegal to say you're going to sue someone?

I must confess, now I'm curious. To what clans do those gentlemen belong? The info isn't on their IMDB pages and when I Googled them I could only find one mention of Adam Beach belonging to the Bear clan.
Where did you find the info?

All I see are claims you make Susan that Jay is this monster. The only monster i see here is you Susan. I don't see others saying bad things about Jay. It's always you. You keep presenting facts, but I agree if you have proof of your claims, post a photo of Jays passport, or even better his Birth Certificate. That will be the only way any of us will believe anything you say. My hats off to Tracey speaking out against you. We have all heard enough of your ranting and raving. It's getting old. You have anger, hate and xenophobic problems you need to deal with. You say highly offensive things aimed towards the Arab and Muslim people, saying anyone who looks arab are basically a terrorist. That is classed as hate speech. You are a racist through and through. You call people who have black ancestry Ghetto monkeys on your haters page on Facebook. Who wants to listen to anything a racist has to say.
