When I was young, there was this Italian tv miniserie with Terry-Thomas that got me really hooked on this actor. The story was an almost literal interpretation of Pinocchio, where Terry-Thomas played The Wolf. I know it's him because of the famous gap still visible while he's wearing a lot of make-up.
This series was fantastic and very dark (as Italian movies are wont to be sometimes). Though this series was for children, I remember that me and my little brothers were terrified by it, and even my parents were hooked.
If anyone knows of which movie I speak of, could you please let me know? I've been looking all over the place (but maybe the title was not Pinocchio?).
Or maybe I only gave it a cursory look in IMDB? I don't know, but I'd love to find out what it is and try to locate a copy.
Thanks in advance for all the help you can give! -

OK, I feel silly I became obsessed with finding this film title and I did! Unfortunately, Terry-Thomas was nowhere in this movie! The name of the movie is "Le Avventure di Pinocchio", and The Fox is played by Ciccio Ingrassia A famous comedian in Italy who usually worked in tandem with the actor who played The Cat in the Pinocchio movie.
Now, if I can only find a DVD version (or even VHS) of this tv series, I would be ecstatic!
Back to our regular schedule Terry-Thomas was also a great physical comedian! -

Oh, thanks sweetie! Haven't been here for some time so I just noticed your reply. Though I don't mind this DVD being a region 2, I found it on Amazon.com already!
Ciao!
