You won't even recognize his voice. It'll be distorted ten times before finishing, just like Hugo Weaving in Transformers 1 as Megatron. It'll just be some indistinguishable robot voice.

Fortunately, you're wrong. After having seen the movie, I can say that they definitely toned down the "robotization" of the actors voices compared to Transformers 1. Like you said, in the fist movie I had NO CLUE it was Weaving doing the voice of Megatron until I read it in the credits.
In this movie, I could immediately tell that Hugo Weaving's voice remained way more distinctive, because Megatron does a lot more talking and it definitely helps. Also, I had not checked IMDB before I watched it so I didn't know ahead of time that Tony Todd was voicing the Fallen, and yet within 4 seconds of hearing his voice I leaned over to my friend and whispered: "HOLY beep IT'S THE SAME GUY WHO DID THE VOICE OF THE VORTIGAUNT IN HALF LIFE 2 EPISODE 2!". Don't worry, it sounds exceedingly like his normal voice even with some robotic sounds on top.

Yup. I have been trying to ignore IMDB for Transformers as much as possible as I genuinely want to be surprised HOWEVER, this is indeed completely awesome. He is one of my top 5 favorite actors of all time.
The world will look up and shout "Save us!" And I'll whisper "No."
