I guess he's not a fan of the current Commander-in-Chief. Or he wasn't aware of the image's intention (which I'd be surprised if that were the case).

I don't know, I think you can wear this shirt and still support Obama. No matter how you cut it, he is "The Man" A healthy dose of cynicism isn't a bad thing no matter what way you swing. Plus, it's as much a comment/parody on the work of Shephard Fairey, it's no coincidence that the word used is OBEY and not another four letter word used in They Live. In the end, it's probably just a cool guy wearing a brilliant shirt.

Hopefully he's fully aware of the intention of the shirt and that's exactly why he wore it.
