Liv Ullmann is an inconceivable actress.
I admire her cooperation with film master Ingmar Bergman very much. - "Persona" "Skammen" "Autumn Sonata" "Scenes from a Marriage" "The Passion of Anna" "Hour of the Wolf".
In "Autumn Sonata",the performance of Liv Ullmann was very great,and I think this is one of the greatest performances in history of cinema.
"Scenes from a Marriage",Liv Ullmann was great too.
In "Persona",Liv Ullmann was outstanding, the personalities of Liv Ullmann and Bibi Andersson beautifully complement each other. -

I personally think that Liv is the best actress I've ever have the pleasure to watch. Such an extraordinary expressive f2000ace, perfect use of the body language and really getting into fully every character she played. She is able to convey the emotions of her characters perfectly in every movie of her I've watched, I've enver had even for a moment the feeling that she overacts.

I agree, she's absolutely brilliant. But since I have only seen her in Bergman films, I wonder what she's like when directed by other people. Does anybody have any suggestions for non-Bergman films she's been in that I can actually get a hold of in North America?

She seriously has the most expressive face I've ever seen on screen. Watch her in Autumn Sonata when Ingrid Bergman is showing her how to play a piano piece the right way, look at her expressions, you can see so many emotions playing at once. It's incredible.
