I live next to Nick santora of prison break. He is one of the exec producers and he said Holly was supposed to be on a few more episodes of PB but there was something of an attitude problem, they wanted her to tweak her accent a bit and she had to do a few takes , she started getting a bit diva-ish on set. They subsequently cancelled any future appearances for her. However he did say that all the guys were dropping jaws at how gorgeous she was and wentworth actually said she had the best pair of legs he'd ever seen.
