Dude, just thought id just clear up a few mistakes in your post.
"1. She's tried a dance music career (eg Kylie) and flopped BIG TIME"
-* She did try a dance music career, however she didn't flop 'BIG TIME'. Her first single debuted at #1 in the UK and Australia. Her second single made #2.
"2. She quit neighbours for the bigtime in US and best she's gotten in 4 years are bit parts on: CSI ( a dead person), Prison Break (s russian stripper) and a co starring role in a paris hilton movie..ah hum, house of wax anyone?"
-* She hasn't been trying to 'crack' the U5b4S for the last 4 years. She has been there barely a year and has already had 2 roles in feature films, one of them being a lead role in Dead Or Alive. She has had guest roles on: CSI NY, CSI Miami, Prison Break and Entourage all of which are some of the highest rating TV shows in the US.
"4. She sued the manager ( Scott Michelson) that starter her career and got her her big break - and she lost the court case and he got most of her dollars.."
-* She didn't sue him. He sued her.
Mate, your clearly uneducated and don't really know what you are talking about when it comes to Holly. Gets your facts right before you make such broad claims. -

i used to see her in 'neighbours' - i thought she was a decent enough actress. guy pierce was in neighbours too and you wouldn't have thought he'd go on to be the actor he is now - i don't think the neighbours scripts are the most 'challenging' for an actor to show their skills!!

-* Just because her single was no1 on the charts that doesnt make it a sucess. Look at how many bands have had a number one but still flopped and have never been heard from again

http://australian-charts.com/showitem.asp?interpret=Holly+Valance&titel=Footprints&cat=a - that link shows her chart history of her first album in Australia - only four weeks in the top 50 is really pitiful, especially considering how fellow NEIGHBOURS co star Delta Goodrem's debut album, released just a few months after Holly's, spent a massive twenty-nine weeks AT NUMBER ONE! Holly's second album did not even make the top 50 in Australia.
