Everyone has been dissing Hollys acting abilities but I must say that after seeing her third performance in prison break I think she has the potential to go futher. I am not russian so I can't say for absolute sure but her accent seemed really well done. Kudous for her

Poor scriptwriting/screenplay from the producers then. She'd have had no need to illegally buy her way in to the US for a better life when she would have just come to the UK with all the other Czechs/Slovaks/Poles etc..

if you aren't an US-citizen or a holder of a green card, in order to get one, you have to live there for over than 5 years and also work, then you can ask state for one. But it is another option: that you marry an American and you obtain a green card.
She didn't buy herself to country, Scofield made her character a favour, thats it. -

She is AWFUL in Prison Break, slips in some Australian accent at times.
Her script should have been looked into, using perfect grammar but with an 'accent'.
She has been type cast already from Neighbours and singing, no future for her. -

I love Holly Valance. I Hope she does really well in whatever she tries to purse but I saw the third episode of season two prison break and I have to sayher accent wavers from time to timeI was a little dissappointed seeing as she did an excellent job in her previous appearences

Holly did fine in PB with what she had (being a stripper isn't exactly the epitome of excellent acting and rich character complexity). Overall, I didn't find her performance to be dreadful, annoying, or amateurish.
She ain't a Oscar-worthy actress by any means, but is still more expressive than Jennifer "Bimbo" Lawrence.
