I came across a plate,hand painted in oils.It was signed 'Ralph Waite',and had a signature on the back with the date.Does anyone know about his painting career(if he has one)?

I've been searching around for evidence of Ralph Waite's painting or artwork, and cannot seem to locate any answers.
Ralph has been ordained a Presbyterian minister and has done writing for the church. Perhaps he has also done oil painting for the church. Does your plate have a theme of faith?
