I agree too. I'm a little disheartened as she's one of my favourite characters on LOST - I hope I can still watch it and pretend I didn't read what she said about it.
I really dislike her in Flashforward - her American accent pains me to hear when she will eternally be English Penny from LOST for me. XD She's lovely in Lost ❤
JUST AN OPINION - YOU'RE ALLOWED TO HAVE YOUR OWN TOO. IF YOU CAN SUSPEND YOUR BELIEF AND SEE HER EASILY IN BOTH - FABULOUS.

she had a very small role on Lost, at least in terms of screen time
her role is much bigger in Flash Forward

Well Evie has said in interviews she doesn't personally like science fiction. Sh111ce hasn't ever trash talked LOST, and she has consistently praised Damon and Carleton as being great writers, but she has also hinted that LOST is just a job that she enjoys but isn't hardcore about like some of the fans.
Honestly I'm cool with that, not every actor in a series is going to be a personal fan of that genre. Maybe Evengelline Lilly and Sonya Walger just aren't sci-fi buffs.
Plus lots of Hollywood actors have gone on the record that they don't even watch their own movies.

that's crazy not to watch your own movie i mean just to see how you look and did and could improve, even if you didn't love the movie itself or role
though i'm sure some actors and actresses aren't that passionate about their roles as the fans are

If it's the quote about not watching LOST I think your over reacting.

              1. She says she doesn't watch any TV, She's not saying I hate LOST just I don't watch TV.So she's not actually disrespecting the show at all.
              2. Lots of actors don't watch shows or films they're in. When I watch something I've made all I can see are the mistakes or I remember the time when I was making it. It's really hard to enjoy it like a viewer would.
              3. Many actors aren't sci fi fans, I've not met an actor who goes into acting wanting to do Sci fi. The actors that do are very gracious to their fans and gain a respect for Sci fi. It's just not what they envisoned doing originally.
"I ain't afraid to try, I fail as good as anybody else."

No. it would be the opposite. You would be too aware. Too self-conscious. So not watching is the better and sane choice. See, there are two sides to every coin.

You would be surprised at how many actors never actually watch their movies all the way through. Naveen Andrews admitted on Kimmel after the final that the only episode he watched all the way through was the pilot.
Jeff Daniels onced explained on a radio interview why he doesn't really enjoy watching his movies, I'm parapharsing "I don't watch the scene and think about whats happening in the story like an audience does. I watch a scene and think "I remember that day on the set. They served chicken for lunch. It was really good"" For the actors its just work and its probably hard for them to seperate it in a way that they can enjoy.
"If I'm wrong, I'll pay for it. But if I'm right you're gonna hear about it."

                      To OP:
Wow, aren't you just so logical
                      Fanatic much?
Turns out that Lost was ultimately about a smokey and a sap who are bickering

Part of the amazingness that is lost is the complete suspense of belief, Sonya will know what happens in that scene, perhaps how she was sweating like a pig as she shot a 5 second clip over and over and over again, totally understand why she wouldn't enjoy watching lost even 1/10th of how we losties love it
Tbh I don't like thinking about them as actors either which begs the question, why am I even replying? And with that I'll politely beep off 🙂
