I have loved Robert Walker JR. since I first saw him in the "Savage Seven" in the 1960's. I have seen him in many things over the years. I loved him as "Billy the Kid" in the "Time Tunnel". I even remember seeing him in commercials for "Certs". My favorite movie was "Ensign Pulver"

I first saw him in the re-runs of "The Big Valley" and just thought he was gorgeous espeically with those eyes of his! Then read he was the son of the late actor Robert Walker (the resemblance is uncanny) and Jennifer Jones.

Somebody, Eat your hearts out! Because a couple of years ago, I was returning a piece of jewelry to a shop in Malibu, trying to either exchange it or get back the money. I finally chose a lamp made of a part of an automobile. It was VERY heavy. The owner of the shop told her husband to help me out with the lamp, and looking at him, I realized he was Robert Walker, Jr. I told him I had seen him several times at parties in Malibu in the '70s or '80s, and he admitted that he had been to many. Can you IMAGINE? I was so flustered, I forgot to ask him about his deceased mom, Jennifer Jones, or his deceased step dad Selznik! Damn! But at least I knew who he was! Wonder what their shop is called now. It's not there anymore. Boo hoo. I think, but am not sure, that the wife's first name was Elyse. If anyone knows the answers, please TELL ME!

So many good movies… Easy Rider! He led the prayer at the commune.
I just saw him in an episode of Route 66 where he played a troubled young man.
You asked a pretty question; I've given you the ugly answer.

Just gave The Road to Salina a rewatch. Walker Jr. is excellent in that film as a drifter who gets involved with a crazy middle-aged woman (Rita Hayworth in one of her last films) and the woman's luscious sexpot daughter (delectable blonde Mimsy Farmer). The Road to Salina has just been reissued on DVD and Blu-ray from Kino Lorber.

It's an undeservedly obscure movie which has finally resurfaced on both DVD and Blu-ray. I'm sure it's also on a few streaming sites as well. I first saw a bootleg VHS copy back in the late 1990's.
