Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Malcolm-Jamal Warner

I was watching VH1 and they did an interview with him and he looks just like a younger Stevie Wonder. They made a movie about Ray Charles so why not Stevie Wonder? When they finally get around to it they need to cast Malcolm Jamal Warner as Stevie.

I agree! I actually looks a lot like him! I bet it would be a great movie, too. But if they even do make one, it would probably be after Stevie. Ya knowgoes?

Not nessicarily, the movie Ray came out after he died, but was intended to be released in his lifetime.
Jamie Foxx actully met with Ray to get some of his manerisms down and to try to perfect speach paterns and stuff like that.
Ray died before the movie was released but like i said it was intended to be released before his death.
I wonder if Walk the Line was intended to be relased before Johnny Cash's death?
But either way it is possible Stevie may get a movie before his death.
