First of all, Islam is not an ideology, it IS a religion.
Islamism is a political movement based on a religion and can be compared to an ideology.
Indeed, criticizing Islamism ain't racism just like criticizing Zionism ain't antisemitism.
Criticizing Islam ain't racism as long as it's made in a constructive way and give a chance to a Muslim to provide his side of the story.
Mocking of insulting Muslims, if not racism, can be assimilated to hate speech as it's a way to target a large group of people in order to spread negative ideas.
You say that going against Islam is racism? Big Lol. If there ever is one religion or community anyone is free to bash, it's Islam. Don't kid yourself, whether in America or Europe, anyone can say anything about Islam, no one will ever be fired or ruin his career or be condemned by justice if he or she says something about Islam. So much for your argument about 'leftist narrative'. Leftist are against Islam as much as anyone.
And what you say about Europe is pure BS and you know it, most people who live according to Islamic laws keep a low profile and all they want is to be given a break. Basically, you're using 1% of a specific community to judge the whole bunch, and you come on IMDb to say, in the most casual way, that Islam treat women like .. It is no racism but that border on hate speech, you should be more careful about what you write.
Of course, your argument is repeated attacks and murder didn't you get that there's a worldwide conflict that implied the intervention of America and NATO in countries like Iraq, Libya and Syria? Don't you get that these invasions caused massive waves of immigration and when you have like 300 000 people knocking at your door, the likelihood of some terrorists being there increases? Don't you get that many people in these countries ruled by chaos, had their lives destroyed? Or wouldn't you care because they were Muslims.
These attacks in Europe are continuations of what happen in the Middle East, it's not a goddamn clash of civilisations, everyone is concerned, civilians die from both sides. And for the sake of honesty, you should mention that Muslims also die in this global conflict, instead of mixing up apples and oranges, and using terrorism and murders in a paragraph that is supposed to treat the status of women in Islam.
Open your mind a littleeven Muslim people have feelings. Or maybe you didn't know?

Second of allIslam may have religious aspects to itbut it is very hardcore ideology with ruthless description of law system
I love how they always recite the "peaceful" parts and PC parts of Islam but they always left out the terrible things the book says about women, Jews, gays and anyone who goes against Islam
ISIS is guided by Quran and follows its every word. They do not add something to it or change anything
Islam needs or to be precise MUST go through reformfor western societys sake AND for the Muslim peoples sakeYou know those who live in fear among those Muslims who commit terrible crimes everydayRebels need help, their women and children need help
BUT THAT is hate speech that is politically incorrect cause that would indicate that there is something with Islamic countries
There is nothing wrong with a country unless its in the West and its population is mostly white cause WHITE is evil

Excuse me? "They"? Who the hell is they? Hey mack, you're addressing me, what I say doesn't commit anyone to anything, it only involves "me", you're talking with me, so don't put "me" in a "they". And don't put "women", "Jews", "gays" in one big category of people targeted by Islam, just ask a Hassidic Jew or a devoted Catholic what he thinks about gays, and you'll have a laugh.
ISIS is guided by Quran and follows its every word. They do not add something to it or change anything
Wrong. The majority of ISIS members are either Caucasian or disillusioned Arabs druggies and loonies who never touched a Quran in their life. And the majority of ISIS victims are Muslims.

BUT THAT is hate speech that is politically incorrect cause that would indicate that there is something with Islamic countries
Most Islamic countries adopted a modern and Western lifestyle when they became independent, open a history book and learn when Islamic 'fascism' started, you'd find an interesting correlation between this and the fall of the Soviet Union.
There is nothing wrong with a country unless its in the West and its population is mostly white cause WHITE is evil
You didn't even answer any of my points, you just regurgitate the same rhapsody without trying to put things into historical or social perspective
              And THAT is racist
              I live in Europe fyi
Living in Europe is one thing, have you tried to adopt the Greek 'logos', a European mindset you severely lack, the ability to debate over something, to balance the pros and the cons, to analyse and discuss. Basically, what you say is
              Islam 5b4= bad
              Islam = against everything
That's the stuff the next World War will be made on and you're doing an excellent propaganda job.
You dont want those immigrants to come to your country (if youre American of course)
Ask yourself why these immigrants came, who destroyed their countries and who left the door open? The governments needed that massive wave of immigrants, this invasion wasn't planned by Islamic countries, again, apples and oranges.
              Peoplewake up
I'm personally sick and tired of people like you who're exploiting a movie website to propagate their hatred. Someone tries to reason with you and you're just like a pavlovian hater barking your blind hatred.

                  Yeah, right, bubble
Apparently, your idea of a discussion is to only exchange with people who share your beliefs and opinions, as convenient as it is, you'll never learn anything with this attitude, only to hate a little more.
Basically, you believe something wrong about Islam and Muslims, and you have someone who gives you his time and tries to explains to you that it's not a black-and-white thing, I'm trying to guide you toward a more open-minded view but no, you want to stick to your hatred.
Learn to challenge your thoughts a little bit, Muslims are not bloodthirsty head-cutters or wife-beaters and their women aren't all black-clad wannabe slaves, but if you want to indulge to such fantaisies, go ahead, like they say, there are none so deaf as those who will not hear.
Let me know when you want to discuss, discuss as "exchanging views and being open to contradicting and thought-challenging opinions"

No more or less than any monotheist religion, extending your logic, every religion is a hardcore ideology, so why does Islam get the exclusivity?
Wait so now you agree that Islam is an ideology? Didn't you initially say that it wasn't? Did you change your mind or what?
Excuse me? "They"? Who the hell is they? Hey mack, you're addressing me, what I say doesn't commit anyone to anything, it only involves "me", you're talking with me, so don't put "me" in a "they".
He wasn't put you in a "they". He was clearly referring to Islam apologists who're notorious for reciting or referencing only the nice parts of scripture and leaving out the horrific parts in order to promote the laughable idea that Islam is a "peaceful" religion.
And don't put "women", "Jews", "gays" in one big category of people targeted by Islam
And why not? If you've read the Islamic source texts, you'd realize that women, gays and Jews get the short end of the stick in Islam.
Wrong. The majority of ISIS members are either Caucasian or disillusioned Arabs druggies and loonies who never touched a Quran in their life. And the majority of ISIS victims are Muslims.

                            1. You say he's wrong, but you don't show how he's wrong, and only go on to make statements that do not refute what he said. He said that ISIS is guided by the Qur'an. That is very clear to anyone who has read the Qur'an. That the majority of ISIS members are "Caucasian" or "disillusioned Arabs druggies and loonies who never touched a Qur'an in their life", does not negate ISIS being guided by the Qur'an. The majority of ISIS are followers; the leaders are a tiny minority. The leaders are the ones that have read the Qur'an and use its teachings to lead and guide the majority and the organization as a whole.
                            2. Whether or not the majority of ISIS "victims" are Muslims, is irrelevant here. We're talking about an Islamic state. Which means that the majority of the people under their jurisdiction are Muslims, which means the majority of those deemed as law breakers and therefore deserving punishment (the "victims") will be Muslims.
Of course, after what you said about ISIS, you couldn't lose your credibility any worse.
You yourself lose credibility when you avoid addressing actual points made, and would rather attack straw man arguments. He said Islam needs a reformation. Which is a reasonable suggestion, seeing as Islam as an ideology is a very problematic one. For some reason, you chose not to address that point.
Yes, Islam is bad, and plainly so. Just like the other major religions, it has serious problems that shouldn't be ignored or excused. I think the world would a better place without these poisonous religions. It isn't "propaganda"; it's just common sense.

The problem with Emma Watson's campaign for feminism was that she didn't get arrested for it. Someone is not truly fighting injustice unless she gets arrested for it.
Did she lose a job b/c she stood for her principles? We don't knowshe never said she lost a job b/c of it. If anything she is losing jobs now b/c feminism is now her platform and it's not inspiringjust safe.

Feminism has never been about equality. You use voting as an example. You know why a number of women had no interest in the vote originally? Because they worried it'd mean they'd have to die in a war too. Men have had an obligation attached to their right to vote since basically forever. Until just this year (or last year I suppose) women had no obligation attached to their right to vote. Now it doesn't matter though. I doubt we'll see another draft.
Another common ruse is the "patriarchal" idea that women are caretakers and that's why women get custody after a divorce. Look up the tender years doctrine. It's a lovely little feminist creation. You know what happened before the tender years doctrine was introduced? Fathers primarily got custody because they had the obligation to p238rovide for their children. After the tender years doctrine creeped into law, fathers still have to provide financial support, but don't get custody. This was not an accident.
In non-reciprocal domestic violence cases for heterosexual couples, who is the perpetrator in the majority of cases? The woman. If only one parent is abusive to a child, which one is it? The mother. But who is labeled the violent savage?
Female same sex couples have the second highest probability of domestic violence behind bisexual women. Male same sex couples have5b4 the lowest. Bisexual males have a higher chance than heterosexual women.
Then we get introduced to myths such as the wage gap; taking an average of all earnings of women and all earnings of men, and seeing that when you average everything together there's a discrepancy. It ignores studies finding that single women are out-earning men at the same age in the same jobs.
Now it has also included such "horrible" things as manspreading, manthreading, mansplaining, AC being sexist, and science being objective instead of subjective.

When I was a child my grandmother told me that if you made a wish whilst blowing on a dandelion then just like magic; your wish would come true and you'd get what you wanted.
I'll be honest here and say I never tried to do this so I have no clue if it's true but I think this is as good of a time as any to try it out.
I couldn't find any dandelions however I did wish really hard for the quotes above to be true. If everyone else wished really hard too and even if some of you managed to get hold of some dandelions then even better.
If we've all wished hard enough then tomorrow morning when I wake up perhaps the majority of domestic violence perpetrators will be womenand of course the rest of the twaddle you mentioned in your post will come true too
Everybody blow those dandelions and wish
Come on now, this is for Squirrel.

I believe initially feminism started to empower women who were oppressed, like not allowed to vote, treated as property, etc., But now feminists are concerned about going topless or "man-hating". There are still parts of the world, where women aren't treated as people let alone equals. Shouldn't the real feminists advocating rights, where women really need a voice?
                                        well said!

It's just like the Black Lives Matter movement. They don't just want equality. They are greedy and want more than that.
