I know a paparazzi who had to cover many times her house in NY and he said that she is a very kind person, also she is the only celebrity that shares her gym classes with the nanny of her kids, I do not think that she has to be available all the time for her fans, she is not a slave

That's because she's realized that's the best way if she wants to be left alone. You can check this video back from 2008 where she went crazy with a paparazzo.

You should also check this link, the latest paragraph in which she says briefly what she think about papazzi. You should tell that your paparazzo friend. LOL

Plus, most of the real stars I've met are beep in person. Sharon Stone, Jennifer Connelly, Nicole Kidman, Rachel eisz, Kate Winslet, Glenn Close I prefer her to be like this, just like a Diva. Julianne Moore, Angelina Jolie, Susan Sarandon and Jessica Chastain for example were so kind. -

it is hard for me to understand how some people demand attention from a celebrity, if I would be very close from Watts I would not go to request pictures or so, of course I would watch her but I think they need some privacy, I admire her as an actress, she is not a property of people

I don't think simply requesting an autograph or a photo opp with someone that you helped make famous in the first place is exactly demanding ownership.
These people would be nothing and noone would know who they are without the fans that approach them, and they should be humble about that.
The whole "not wanting to be bothered" by fans demeanor is rather ungrateful, imo.
I don't fault them for the way they act with papparazzi though, that's usually understandable.

Well she was PREGNANT. In some civilizations pregnant woman are supposed to treated with extra care since they are carrying a CHILD in their body. Some people may even offer a seat to pregnant woman or carry things for her. Celebrity or not, being bombarded by paps while pregnant is very disrespectful and stupid. -

I watched this video and she wasn't rude to fans - that was paparazzi. They were swarming her car while her infant was inside and her motherly instinct took over. Just because she and her husband are famous doesn't mean they aren't human with an instinct to protect their newborn from a crowd of leeches and that's exactly what paparazzi are.

Thanks everyone for your advice! I went to Brentwood today and actually saw her! The paparazzi were everywhere so she was trying to hurry. I smiled and she smiled back, but I wanted to respect her space since it seemed like she was trying to get5b4 her errands done quickly. Maybe next time now that I know she is nice!
I agree that they all deserve space! We all do for that matter! I can see how the paparazzi would be irritating as a celebrity! -

I used to think that celebrities are arrogant when they try to avoid fans and I think that mostly of them are arrogant but about Watts there are a lot of people claiming that she is very down to earth, for example Maria Belon the real heroin of The Impossible, Tom Holland, Bill Murray said that thanks to her was more easier to shoot St. Vincent in Brooklyn because her attitude with neighbors, Edward Norton, Melissa Leo, Rebecca Rigg said that she is a pacifist and she always stops the fights between Rigg and Kidman, I guess she is a nice person

That isolated incident covered by the video was one where she was provoked by the pap's camera getting too close to her preggo tummy despite requests to back off. She should have called the police and had that pap arrested.

I saw Watts among the crowd at Talk Radio starting Liev Schreiber, she was very pregnant but extremely thin and petite in person. She came off quiet and shy to others but I personally didn't approach her.

I met her at a charitable event she was doing. The funny thing is I met her while she was waiting for her ride after the event was over and there was pretty much no one talking to her. I just shook her hand, saying hello and that it was great to have her with us. I think she was even more shy than I was. But she seemed very sweet. I didn't wash my hand for a week. Just kidding.
If you do run into her, go ahead and say hello. Just be respectful and courteous, as you would to any other person.
