hes one of the best comedic actors out there, hes so subtle with his humor almost like he only kind of gets what hes saying is funny which makes it so much more funny

well, I usually find him annoying/dumb, but since thats usually his charcter I gess that makes him a good actor?

Fred Willard has the strange ability to make crappy material amusing. For that, I'd say he's a great actor.

Yeah, he just picks terrible projects. His improvisational ability in Guest's films prove that he's quite the talent.
