well, I usually find him annoying/dumb, but since thats usually his charcter I gess that makes him a good actor? I don't think he's bad, but I don't like him.

Fred Willard has the strange ability to make crappy material amusing. For that, I'd say he's a great actor.

Yeah, he just picks terrible projects. His improvisational ability in Guest's films prove that he's quite the talent.
