Yeah coz he is from Ireland he can't be refered to as Sir Terry, but it is still a great honour.

You can call Cliff a sir because he is from a Commonwealth country. Anyone born in a Commonwealth country can be come a full knight. When Terry was first awarded his title he was still only a Irish citizen and the title was only honary. Since then he has obtained dual citizenship and can hold the full title. Ireland is not part of the British Commonwealth.
