It never did. She still has her beautiful face. It's just her heavy make-up that ages her a bit.

Because her lifestyle doesn't match up with her, that's why she looks funny. She should stick with her natural beauty instead of trying to look like her "twin", though I don't mind his makeup use.
It's weird, since they met, he's not wearing enough make up and now she's wearing too much.

Evan was / is a natural beauty, but she wears far too much makeup, and is trying to act and look older. She is young and should celebrate her youth rather than trying to look like a 35 year old Hollywood starlet from the 1940's. Evan might like her "mature" look, but it just comes across as fake and too rushed.
Also all that makeup is going to ruin her skin when she really is 35. -

Maybe the problem is that applying make-up to
such a natural beauty is kind of redundant.
I mean, what can one do to improve Ms Wood's face??
Make-up is fun, though, and I am sure she enjoys
it just like girls do
But, in her case, she doesnt need ANY.
Because her features are so fine and delicate,
when she DOES choose to wear make-up, differently,
it is noticed.
Must be fun to paint such an exquisite canvas as her face.
She does not look "weird" to me at all.

I agree with the OP. I saw her IMDb headshot, and I didn't recognize her!
I remember thinking she'd be very pretty & ethereal when she grew up, when watching her on "Once and Again", but she looks odd and rather old! She's easily 15 y5b4ears younger than I am yet she looks so much older!
That heavy makeup and ghastly red hair dye does not help.

That would be because she has had problematic skin for a few years now. She doesn't have a choice but to wear heavy foundations, she's always in the public eye, and with HD tv and all nowadays, she has to make sure it doesn't show. Leave the girl alone, she's a gorgeous girl regardless. People change and evolve and find their way, I am sure in a few years she would go for another look.

To me, she looks different in every role and event she's in/at. Sometimes I don't recognize her at all. She's always been very pretty but I was STUNNED to find that I am 3 years older than herI thought she was at least my own age if not OLDER. Maybe she's still trying to decide "who" she istons of makeup (and its different in every photo), changing hair left and right, lots of tattooswhatever. I think she's just one of those that5b4 likes to makeup her bodyeven though she could be a very natural beauty.

Why can't people just simply acknowledge that face shape DOES change when we grow up? Back then during "Once and Again", she was really young. So, imo, it is a normal thing that she looks different as compared to her teenager-self. Her jaw line now has become more prominent though.
It's like her features seem to get stronger over time. They just seemed to be softer when she was a kid. If Evan wears the right make up, she will be just fine.
