it would explain his more-than-perfect acting of losing his temper on alf and the norm show. the shaking, spatting, and blood rushing to his head might have just come naturally to him. but, all the good actors/musicians/celebs (even bad presidents!) had help from drugs to get into character now and again.

Not everything in the Enquirer is fake. Max has been known to have problems for a while now.
bessides, Max hasn't really been relevant in about 20 years. If Enquirer was going to photoshop fake images of someone smoking crack with gay hobos to sell magazines, don't you think they would chose somebody people actually know?
For this reason I beleive that these pictures are real. If they were published in the Enquirer say in 1988 or something, then maybe the argument that they are fake would be stronger. -

I'm actually quite surprised he's never made a statement about them. I think that's further evidence that the pictures are unfortunetly real. If they were fake he would have said something about them. Also, the National Enquirer could have probably been sued for printing photos like that if they were fake.
It is a fact that He has been married to his wife for over 40 years however but it's also a fact that he has been arrested several times for DUIs. -

Easy bait. Printing images with Brad Pitt would have gotten them a LOT of trouble.
The fact that he hasn't talked about it doesn't indicate that it's more likely to be true, why would it? Why deny something that is obviously fake?

They actually showed video of max in his tightie-whities with a homeless man smoking crack out of a pipe made from a beer can. The two allegedly had sex in the part of the video that was not suitable to show on tv.
