I think if she brushed her hair and wore makeup and talked more lady like she would have been pretty. physically she was not ugly.

you're right about her being ugly. not necessarily her appearence but her beep personality, i mean fair enough she got raped an all but she was a prostitute and then she killed a load of men that's just sick.
