Okay, I feel really foolish, and also pretty peeved that her death wasn't even announced on the news or anything. I mean she died a month before Deborah Kerr and I very disticntly remembering hearing about that death on the news and
from my grandma.
But not on Jane Wyman's death? Granted I hadn't checked this board or her page out recently, but I'm quite sure I checked it out after Heath Ledger's death and the death of that famous broadway writer/dancer person.
You see I had this sense of forboding-ness (?) and I was thinking at the time; two great performers have died, and I feel it won't be long before Jane Wyman will be up there too.
Now I'm just annoyed that I didn't know and it's been 9 months. Jane was an incredible actress and I really admired her. I wish the Australian news people did too, so I would have known.
How did other people find out about her death?
I don't know if my eyes are tearing up because I have the flu or because I'm really sad. But I am really sad.
