No she didn't. She made a short appearance in season 3 - phone call to Jack.

sorry, i have to disagree. She seemed to have no acting skills at all in this season. She just had a constant deer-in-the-headlights look on her face.

you're right.
she had one expression on her face the whole time.
she used it for fear, anger, disbelief and confusion, which are pretty much
the only emotions the writers gave that character for the entire run of the season. i hated her with a passion. with the fire or a thousand suns.

I liked her. Sure she wasn't the most multifaceted character but keep in mind everything happened on one day. It's a lot to process / realize that your sister is a crucial person in planting a nuclear bomb. So in my opinion the reindeer-lights-face (or whatever you called it..) is justified.
