He died on June 19, and on July 22 the movie was released in most countries a month later. And yet, they had a dedication for him at the end titles ("For Anton"). And in non-English spoken countries, some time is required for subtitles or dubbing. How did they manage to make the copies, send them to so many countries, do the subtitles or dubbing, and send them to the theatres within 30 days? It seems pretty fast.
