EM463, you are 100% right. I just saw her in an episode of Dallas, sort of noticed her, and then in the credits I saw "Kathleen York" and realized who it was. She played Betty, and she was in several episodes in Season 7 (or Season 8, if you count the miniseries as Season 1).
Not sure how we get these things changed, though

Happy to see, they have been added She was great as Betty, her character tangled with Lucy and they were too funny!

I know it's been a few years since your post, but I've just been watching Dallas season 8 and noticed her name in the credits and was wondering which character she played. Without the fiery red hair she wasn't as easy to spot. But after her second episode I realized it was Kathleen playing Betty the waitress in the diner where Lucy was working.
