I don't understand why people suffer from the delusion that this video is just Zappa against everyone else in the room. Like basically, "Zappa vs. The Other Three." Tom Braden was being very supportive of Zappa, and Robert Novak didn't come across as terribly imposing either.

Just saw this interview and man it was hilarious. I don't particularly agree with all of Frank's points but I'm sure he wasn't being completely serious anyway. They expected a pushover and he knocked em back.

That interview was great. It's part of what made me such a Zappa fanatic. Seeing him destroy those talking heads with his basic, down to Earth logic made me want to hear all of his records.

Funny, its pretty much the only time Ive seen FZ lose his usual ironic detachment & get real pissed. Gee So thats what it took.
To think that the mans been dead for 15 years now and yet the pricks like Robertson and Swaggart are still around & babble on and on and on Fairly depressing.
