Why musicians should stay THE FUCK AWAY from filmmaking!
Anyone who likes his movies is either mentally challenged (not psycho… Just ****ing creepy and disgusting, I will never consider someone a "psycho" for liking a movie/filmmaker), has VERY ****ty tastes for movies… Or, finally, doesn't know **** about filmmaking.
Sorry, but his movies are masturbatory self-indulgent bullshit. You can be a great horror movie director, look at the likes of John Carpenter, Wes Craven, Eli Roth, or Ruggero Deodato. Rob Zombie is, how could I say, the lump of hair that you find in your sink after a lot of showers.
Bottom line: Rob Zombie is NOT a filmmaker. Quentin Tarantino, Steven Spielberg and Martin Scorsese are filmmakers… Rob Zombie is the kid who wanted to participate but was ****ing awful at his job.

You know, if the guy had any idea how coherently film and edit a scene, I’d say he’s a pretty good grindhouse filmmaker. But all of his movies look like they were shot and edited by a meth head.
