He seems like he would be an atheist or at least an agnostic.

Even though he frequently uses Satanic imagery and devil worship in his songs and movies, he claims to be an Atheist. An interviewer asks him what happens to us when we die, and his answer is "Nothing. You turn to fertilizer. I really love the concept of Heaven. Every Neanderthal man, Civil War soldier, and dinosaur is gonna be up there? Every g**damned pet I ever had is up there? So now I got like a hundred cats and 10,000 goldfish I gotta deal with? Insane concept."
He also says "This is now. Enjoy thib68s because it's all you get, buddy. People forget about now and wait on something else and they're gonna be very disappointed."
Here is the video with those comments, by the way:
        (it starts around 1:12)

People believe what they believe in. The only time we will know with any certainty what comes after dead is after we die. Until then no one knows anything. Believe what you want to. You will find out soon enough.
I believe that there is something waiting after dead. I could easily be wrong, but its not like I have anything to loose if I am.
