My name is Elena and I'm from the U.S. more specifically, Los Angeles, California. The more I listen to the music of Morrissey and The Smiths, the more I love it. Too bad I've only got one friend at home who feels the same ways as I do. Thank goodness for this message board.

I'm from Norway, I'm 20 years old and I discovered Morrissey when "you are the quarry" was released. Since then I've bought nearly all Moz & Smiths records, and now I can't imagine my life without his music! It's weird that an artist can make you feel this way, but it's true! I listen to all kinds of music, but he's the only one I'm.. well.. religiously obsessed with! And it annoys me that he's usually considered simply a musical artist, because he deserves to be recognized as the superlatively, magnificently, excellently talented poet he is as well! He just happens to accompany his words with brilliant, brilliant music and a wonderful voice A true genius!!!

I am 21 yrs old, a college student, and I live in Denver, Colorado and have been a die-hard Smiths fan since about 2002 or so. I went through a phase where I listened to pretty much only The Smiths/Morrissey and Bob Dylan for about a year. I still love them but now not as often.

I'm Mickey from Ireland. Been a Morrissey fan for about 17 years now, since I was 12 and Suedehead came out. Sadly too young and missed The Smiths. Have seen him 11 times, quite a feeble amount compared to some people I know. But I'm getting there!!!

Everyone coming from far and wide has been influenced and affected by the rifts of Johnny Marr and the poetry of Morrissey.

I'm 17 and from Scotland. I am a huge fan of Morrissey and especially The Smiths even though I haven't been listening to them for as long as some of you have. I know that they are going to be one of my favourite bands forever though.
